This Privacy Policy explains how Meow Wallpapers ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Contact messages. When you send us a message via the contact form or in-app support, we receive your name, email, and the content of your message.
• Purchases. When you upgrade to a Premium plan, our payment providers (Apple App Store, Google Play) process your transaction. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data. App version, OS version, device model, language, crash logs, and interaction events (such as which wallpapers are opened or saved). This is used to improve the App and diagnose issues.
• Advertising identifiers. On iOS, the App may request permission to use your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to show more relevant ads. You can decline this prompt or change it later in your device settings.

2. Advertising

The App is supported by ads served through Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open formats. Ad networks may collect and use information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and general location to deliver personalized ads.

Users who upgrade to Premium do not see ads. You can also opt out of personalized ads on your device: Google · Apple.

3. Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used in aggregate — for example, which wallpapers are popular and which features people rely on. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

4. Photo Library Access

When you tap "Save", the App requests permission to write the selected wallpaper to your device's photo library. We never read, upload, or store your existing photos. Permission is only used for saving wallpapers you explicitly choose to save.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with the following categories of service providers strictly to operate the App:

• Google (AdMob, Firebase, Play Billing)
• Apple (App Store, StoreKit, TestFlight)
• Our own backend infrastructure (hosted on a reputable cloud provider)

6. Children's Privacy

The App is rated for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Data Retention

Contact messages are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and comply with legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Firebase's default retention policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
