Terms of Service

Welcome to Meow Wallpapers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Meow Wallpapers mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute the App or its content in bulk.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes third-party rights.
• Interfere with the App's normal operation, servers, or advertising systems.

2. Content & Ownership

All wallpapers, artwork, logos, and design elements in the App are owned by Meow Wallpapers or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to download wallpapers for personal use on your own devices as wallpaper.

Sharing wallpapers commercially, reselling them, or claiming them as your own is not allowed.

3. Premium Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases ("Premium") that unlock exclusive wallpaper packs and remove ads. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their respective terms.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by store policy.
• To request a refund, contact the platform where you made the purchase (Apple / Google).
• Premium is tied to the store account used to purchase it. Restore Purchases inside the App to re-enable Premium on a new device using the same account.

4. Advertising

The free version of the App is supported by ads. By using the free version you agree to occasional interstitial, banner, app-open, and rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob. Upgrading to Premium removes ads.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase, Apple App Store, Google Play). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all wallpapers will remain available indefinitely.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meow Wallpapers and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including loss of data or device issues.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
